Despite the challenges of COVID-19, Hydro Tasmania has delivered an outstanding operating result for the year, with a strong profit of $154 million (54 per cent above budget) alongside record results on safety and increased levels of community support, all documented in its 2019-20 Annual Report.

When Brendan Ganson joined Hydro Tasmania earlier this year, he wasn’t just taking on a new job… he was stepping into a whole new world on one of Australia’s most remote, scenic and wind-swept islands.
