The campground at Lake King William is closed due to construction activity associated with the Tarraleah upgrade works. It will remain closed until the end of March 2026. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Please enjoy one of our other recreational campsites in the meantime. 

Please note that Butlers Gorge Road will be closed 24/7 from Tuesday 27 January to the end of March 2026, to ensure public safety while we undertake works on the Tarraleah scheme. Mossy Marsh Dam, Clark Dam, the lookout and the boat ramp won’t be accessible during this period.
