2019 Graduate program now open

Careers - graduates

Energise your career

Our Graduate Program will give you development opportunities and a wide range of experiences to help you become a well-rounded professional.

Join us and become part of Australia's largest renewable energy generator and water manager. We employ graduates in our Hobart and Melbourne offices, and graduates also have the opportunity to work at regional sites throughout Tasmania.

Our program is open to graduates from various degrees including Engineering, Science, Business, Social Science, Economics, and Human Resources.

We are looking to fill graduate roles for civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers, as well as commercial and business analysts.

Applications for our 2019 graduate program are now open, and close on Sunday 6th May 2018.

For more information and to apply go to:

  • Graduate engineers (civil / electrical / mechanical) - position description
  • Graduate business analyst (business / science / law / social science / human resources) - position description
  • Graduate commercial analyst (finance / economics)  - position description

Your application must include a cover letter and resume, combined as one document, stating which graduate position you are interested in and why you are the best candidate for the graduate program. Please also include your most recent university transcript and ensure you add referee contact details so we can learn more about you (don’t worry, we won’t contact them without checking with you first!)

Successful candidates will then be invited to conduct video interviews. Assessment centres and second round interviews will be held in June with offers to be made in late June.
