With some construction activity still underway on the Tarraleah scheme and increased traffic, the Butlers Gorge Road closure will be extended to ensure public safety.

Butlers Gorge Road (from the Lyell Highway turnoff) will now remain closed 24/7 to the end of April. Mossy Marsh Dam, Clark Dam, the lookout, boat ramp and campground won’t be accessible during this period.
