Overview
You will need to provide us with a completed Tasmanian Electrical Works Request (EWR) and Certificate of Electrical Compliance (CEC) as soon as you finish the work.
This is particularly important for solar connections: if you don’t submit the forms straight away, your customer may lose their connection agreement or their connection and power purchase agreement.
Electrical Works Requests (EWRs)
Must be submitted directly to BSImailbox@hydro.com.au
Note that for EWRs we will not accept:
- the old Aurora Energy or TasNetworks template
- EWRs handed directly to our field staff
- EWRs emailed to any email address other than BSImailbox@hydro.com.au
- incomplete documentation, without all applicable information (NMI and CEC numbers)
- interstate EWRs (which is not permissible under legislation).
