Hydro Tasmania is open to engaging with developers and owners of generation projects, as well as large energy consumers (>50MW).
The draft Market Engagement Approach sets out the principles and processes to explore contracting opportunities with Hydro Tasmania.
It aims to provide clarity and confidence for proponents and outlines the stages for engagement as well as how evaluation criteria will be used to reach any potential agreements.
Consultation on the Market Engagement Approach is now closed and we are currently reviewing feedback. We will update this page and engage with key stakeholders that provided feedback in the coming months.
