Our apprentice program

Our two- and four-year apprentice programs give you the chance to gain a trade and build a career with us. You’ll acquire valuable skills, a formal qualification, and a generous salary.

We currently have these roles available:

  • Apprentice Mechanical Fitter (4 years), Cambridge Workshop, Hobart Apply here

  • Trainee Supply & Inventory Officer (2 years), Derwent – Apply here

For each of the three programs, here’s what you can expect:

  • The opportunity to work in a hands-on environment
  • On and off the job training, with all course and tuition fees covered
  • Learn from experienced team members and mentors
  • A friendly, flexible workplace.


Who can apply

We are a diverse team, and we love meeting new people who are keen to get stuck in and have a go. We welcome applications from candidates of all ages, cultural backgrounds, abilities and genders. 

You will have completed year 10 and hold or be working towards a current driver's licence. It is desirable to have completed or to be working towards completion of a Certificate II Engineering Pathways or Certificate II in Electrotechnology. We will also require you to complete health assessments and background checks.
