The Hydro Tasmania Three Peaks Race is a major annual event on the Tasmanian sporting calendar. A unique event involving sailing and running endurance, it showcases our State and our business to a wide audience. The race relies on the forces of the Roaring Forties providing a great reflection of our business which is built from nature’s elements of wind and water and the abilities of our people.

The Hydro Tasmania Surf Skills Camps and Junior Lifesaver of the Year programs are designed to support the development of our youth, not just by providing lifesaving skills, but also by providing skills that can be transferred to all aspects of life.

Hydro Tasmania Tullah Challenge
The Hydro Tasmania Tullah Challenge is a triathalon that is held in the rainforests of Tasmania's West Coast. Hydro Tasmania has sponsored the event for a number of years and this year had three teams competing. The event is presented by the Tullah Progresss Association. Back to Pedder Fishing Competition
The Back to Pedder Fishing Competition is organised by the Lake Pedder Anglers' Club and is held over the Australia Day long weekend. As well as providing a great fishing competition the event also provides social and financial support for Camp Quality children and families. Hydro Tasmania has been a significant sponsor of this event over many years as well as supporting Camp Quality.
